WHY WE ARE DIFFERENT

All GMT Managers are fully backed up by a Professional Supporting Team from the Head Office.

Through GMT Institute of Property Management, GMT will provide the basic to advance trainings required by a particular property management.

GMT team will install all the necessary supporting software required to run the property management professionally.

With the approval of building owners, GMT team will continually review, propose and apply energy saving programs to optimize building operation cost as efficient as possible.

Regular Inspections by GMT team, such as:

  • Review and inspect the states of the properties
  • Audit all the programs planned for the properties, i.e. operating approved budget, applications of GMT standards, performance of the Building Manager and other specific programs.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION ISO 9001:2000

Is a quality management standard in achieving quality objectives by Total Quality Control implementation to reach effectiveness and efficiency in organization. This standard is originated by the International Organization for Standardization, which then adopted in Indonesia into SNI 19 - 9001:2000. GMT Property Management, through its commitment, becomes an integrated and proffesional Property Management, by providing the best services and maintaining company's quality policy.

GMT Property Management gives priority to quality services to achieve owner's and tenant's satisfaction.

 

KPI (KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR) BASED ON BALANCED SCORECARDS

Is a management, measurement and controlling system that can be carried out in a fast, accurate and comprehensive manner such that a business performance can be monitored regulary by manager.

Balanced Scorecard method provides an outline of core competence development through four balanced perspectives, such as financial, customer, internal business process and growth, and learning perspectives.

 

SYSTEM MONITORING PROCEDURE

Is a computerized and integrated system that links the Head Office and its business units to monitor working coordination and implementation of Standard Operation Procedures. This system translates SOP into a computerized system, which contains questions and answers to certain property manager to carry out their duties in an effective and efficient manner.

 

MARKETING & LEASING

Marketing and Leasing services are provided by giving consultation on property, related to pricing, space / buildings, facilities, lease administration and PPJB while at the same time keeping the interest of tennants, buyers and sellers in harmony.

 

TRAINING

GMT has established a learning institution, namely the "GMT Institute of Property Management" which develops ready-to-use workers under the guidance of well-experienced trainers in the property management business. It is equipped by an integrated curriculum to being updated with the latest developments in the property industry.
